Jeanne Rosier Smith, recipient of the 2019 Charles Family Cape Ann Residency, presents a pastel seascape demonstration at the Cape Ann Museum this Saturday, September 21st, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm. Following the reception will be a studio visit and reception at the Charles Fine Arts Gallery.
