“Ripple” was inspired by my last canoe trip of the year in late November. I spent most of the day lost in the undulating reflections and wanted to pull viewers of this painting into the experience. The large size (48″x36″) helps accentuate the impact of the piece, to where you can almost hear the gently sloshing ripples.
