I put to use elements of symbolism to create this painting, telling a story of what I saw as a Fantastic Reality. The angel statuary exists as the guardian. I added in the Crow to symbolize the bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds, bringing some sort of transformation through a divine message. I’ve used a color palette of green and purple. Green represents healing, balance and harmony with purple representing spiritual awareness, intuition, and the unknown. The trees speak for themselves as a fantastic reality. The inspiration came from my visit to a cemetery in Goult, France during a trip to Provence last year.
