This varied edition was created after looking at the multi-plate intaglio prints by Mary Cassatt. To create a multi-color and multi-plate intaglio print can be technically very difficult and I wanted to try my hand it. The imagery also echos Cassatt’s work which focuses on women and several of which feature mirrors.
