Aldro Hibbard has always been one of my heroes! No one painted snow like Hibbard! Whenever I paint snow his work is in my thought process. How would Hibbard approach this scene? I am influenced by Hibbard however always staying true to myself in expressing my own style! This was started on location on the grounds of the MT Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods NH and finished in my studio.
