When my daughter was little she would see the first flowers of spring and exclaim, “Yay it’s spring!” and clap her hands. Snowdrops are the first flower of spring. I paired them with spring rain partly because I liked the similar shape of the snow drop flowers and the rain drops. Also to celebrate the coming of spring!
