Eli Portman

Eli Portman was born and raised in the Greater Boston area. He graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelors Degree in studio art in the spring of 2014.
Primarily focusing on drawing, Portman also experimented with oil painting and woodblock printmaking during his time at University. He has since returned to the Boston area, where he currently lives, and teaches art to children and adults. His artwork has been hung in galleries, shops and cafes throughout the Greater Boston Area. Portman is a former member of the Copley Society of Art and the Newton Art Association, and was featured in the Fay Chandler Emerging Artist Exhibition in 2017. He was also a featured artist in the Torosiete Online Art Museum. Portman's been hired for murals, private commissions, illustrations and more, and released a coffee table book of his art in 2017.
