Ginny Zanger, CM
An award-winning painter, printmaker, and teacher, Ginny Zanger lives and works in Jamaica Plain (Boston) and Truro (Cape Cod). The flows of the natural world inspire her imagery and process: the currents in the coral reefs where she has dived, the sands of the Outer Cape where she has spent 40 summers, the breezes of Jamaica Pond where she walks daily. "A partnership with water" is how she describes her process, open to the spontaneous accidents that happen as she guides watercolor onto silky, polypropylene Yupo paper.
