Robert Steinem

I live with my wife and two dogs on eight acres high on an east facing hill in western Massachusetts.
Since my medical discharge from the Marines, I have been legally blind (no central vision-- can't see the tip of my brush until it moves). I reconstructed and easel to be strong enough to stand on. I'm a self-taught artist and work from my photographs. I can see the composition of a subject but can't see the details until I blow up the photograph on the large monitor next to the easel.
