This workshop will cover the fundamental concept of atmospheric perspective to create rich, colorful landscape paintings with depth and convincing space. It is a lesson that is excellent to learn for a beginner but also helpful for experienced students as well.

After a color mixing lesson and painting demonstration, students will be able to paint a scene of their own choosing with a new understanding of how the color of sun is diffused into every aspect of a landscape painting and how that indicates to the viewer the specific character of a given scene as well as its time and weather.
