| This photograph was taken on the southern shore of Noepe (Martha’s Vineyard). The bolder centered in the image has emerged from the cliffside after substantial winter erosion. The Cliffs are a sacred place to the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head; “imprinted with one hundred million years of history”. |
