Conceived as a response to the upcoming Co|So exhibition theme of “Fantastical Realities,” this final piece in the exhibition envisions a metropolitan landscape where gravity and orientation are cast aside. Utilizing a process of integrating digital-to-analog design on 100% cotton paper with gestural layers of acrylic, ink, and pencil, the work represents a dedication to constant studio evolution. It invites the viewer into a transitional space where structural lines dissolve and the familiar city finds a “fantastical” release. Presented in a deep walnut-finish gallery floater frame.
