Looking up, into the dark, I see it’s not actually dark. The darker it is, the more light I see. the vaster it is, the smaller and more comforted I feel. The Milky Way showed itself this new moon night over lovely Booth Bay Harbor, Maine. This is mostly painted from memory, with assist from a few snapshots.
