What do you look forward to doing after a long day of work? The ranch hands I know enjoy relaxing with friends for an evening of good food, fun conversation, and yes – stripping off the grimy work clothes. Artists are a different animal, I think. I look forward to solitude, and processing my photo references and figuring out what paintings and drawings might be born from a day of collecting images. However you spend your time at shift’s end, I hope it refreshes and restores you for the next day’s work!
