Wanderers
| Through my creative process, I visualize both the collision and the osmosis of our inner and outer worlds and the surreal interchange of perception, memory, and fantasy. My initial inspiration for ‘Wanderers’ was the movement of road lines as one transfers from Storrow Drive to I-93, near the Zakim Bridge. As one drives out of the tunnel, the buildings slowly emerge from behind the overpass. I find the linear movement of that tangle of roads and structures to be so dynamic, and I sought to infuse that with a fantastical scene which includes two wanderers exploring different dimensions. |
