Witches Flight / Stony Brook
| My artwork evolves from walks I have taken while exploring wooded areas in Boston MA and Chapel Hill NC. My most recent drawings were created during quarantine and show the fusion of the experience of home in NC and walks around Scarborough Pond in Franklin Park as the seasons changed. Through mandala-like images, my work connects the fractal structures found in everyday life with structures found in representations of the universe and in the figurative artwork of the Renaissance. |
